Bush lies

GW Bush - - Posted on March, 21 at 2:43 pm by Ken L

Supporters of the Bush Administration sneer at claims that their sock puppet took the nation to war on the basis of lies. “Name a single lie,” they demand, carefully marshalling all their rhetorical tricks.

As Darth Cheney and ‘Let’s stay 100 years’ McCain and the US senator for Israel Joe Lieberman traipse around the Middle East in a frightening echo of 2002, let’s start now to keep track of the lies that Bush tells his people to support the new war that he may well have decided to wage. Here’s a good one to start with:

WASHINGTON — President Bush contended that Iran has “declared they want a nuclear weapon to destroy people” and that the Islamic Republic could be hiding a secret program.

Iran, however, has never publicly proclaimed a desire for nuclear weapons …

One of those ubiquitous Bush spokespersons who go around tidying up after their boss’s blunders ‘clarified’:

Asked about the president’s comment, Gordon Johndroe, a White House spokesman, said Bush had “shorthanded” Iran’s desire “to wipe Israel off the map,” its refusal to heed U.N. Security Council demands to suspend its enrichment work and Iran’s continued development of ballistic missiles.

I seeee … sorry George but that’s what we in this country call absolute bullshit. Count lie number 1.

You are confusing bullshit with prebiotic functions at ground level with zero gravity as measured by the sunspot activity affecting the nature of location of the said deposit and the approaching worm and cattle dung beetle efforts. To say bullshit, therefore is a matter of accepting Georges issuances entirely as done.Because the related scarab beetles essentially the more active ones, are arabic, and by default Islamic, countries of origin.Bullshit is what they are good at,and the host of corporations that have advanced themselves of U.S.A. in part or full in origin, proves the borrowed wand from Disney really also keeps Cheney going. When you wish upon a Texas Lone Star…..

a nuclear weapon to destroy people

Oh good, he’s learned how to pronounce ‘nuclear’.

Naturally we in the West want to keep our vast nuclear arsenal to…

…fill people’s lives with goodness and light. No, hang on, that’s not quite right.

    …implement a nuclear deterrence. Yes, that’s it.

Then, if they don’t do what we want, we’ll use our nuclear weapons to destroy people.

They’re the type of lies that these war-mongerers like to make. There’ll be more of the same with John McCain.

They’re obviously filled with fear and want to wipe out countries and people that they feel slightly threatened by. They then tell blatant lies like that to justify their actions.

These actions lead to nothing but more conflict, hatred and massive loss of innocent life. I never can understand how the American people can vote for these sorts of war-mongering people who act on fear and irrationality rather than fact and rationality.

Has the world forgotten already, for christ’s sakes? Geez, the memory bank of a goldfish is what most of us seem to have. Seven seconds for one quick lap around the goldfish bowl and we’ve forgotten that we’ve ever been around it before.

It’s only a few months ago, for the goldfish out there, that all nine U.S. so-called Intelligence agencies reported to Bush that Iran has no nuclear programs and hasn’t had since about 2004.

No, Bush hasn’t forgotten that, we all have! Bush ignored it and his media puppies just wagged their tails as usual.

Hell’s bells, do we need Martians to land and repeat what Iran and many others have been saying incessantly? They HAVE NO NUKES and if the US goes to war over this it will be another of their warmongering fabricated catastrophes.

How much longer does this planet have to put up with Apocalypse USA?

Cheney was trying to drum up support for the war on his recent visit to Saudi Arabia and was told in no uncertain terms that:

Iran is a signatory of the NPT
Iran is not in violation of any law
Saudi Arabia, along with all the other Persian Gulf countries (you know, the ones that sell expensive oil to the US and host US forces) will not support any military action against Iran while dialogue still remains a viable option.

Saudi Arabia is pushing for a ‘nuclear free’ Middle East, which is a direct reference to Israel’s arsenal of about 200 nuclear warheads, and a reminder that Israel isn’t a signatory of the NPT. Perhaps the US could have a hunt for WMDs in Tel Aviv. Sure…

UNSC resolution 687 broadly outlines a nuclear-free zone in the Middle East. The Egyptians proposed for the same thing last year.

And Juan Cole notes that: “…in 2003, Iran offered to come in from the cold in a proposal to George W. Bush. Recognition of Israel within 1967 borders, pressure on Hizbullah and the Palestinians to moderate, signing the additional protocols of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty…”

But that just wouldn’t fit in with American plans, would it?
